Nissan Finds Path to NEMPA
On the evening of March 14 a team from Nissan led by Northeast PR Manager Steve Oldham visited the NEMPA clubhouse (aka Automotion global HQ, aka Bugsy’s garage) for pizza and dessert, and to show off their new-for-2013 Pathfinder. Oldham brought Dan Passe, Nissan Senior Product Manager, and Product Planner Adam O’Shaughnessy.

The most important announcement I have is that our NEMPA-MIT symposium and annual meeting and awards dinner will be held on Thursday, May 9, at the impressive MIT Media Lab.
Too much winter – Again!
This is a little embarrassing, but for the second time in three years the New England Motor Press Association’s Winter Vehicle Test Day had to be postponed on account of, well, winter.

The VW Group visits NEMPA
NEMPA isn’t often visited by carmakers unless they have a formal presentation to make, but when five representatives of VW’s national communications team stopped by one evening after Thanksgiving, it really was simply to meet, greet and socialize.
